These terms govern your use of the EARTHIST website and your participation in the EARTHIST Founder's Club presale. By using this website you agree to these terms.
EARTHIST is a food brand producing certified organic protein-fat bars in Lithuania from Swedish organic grass-fed ingredients. Contact: privacy@earthist.eu.
Joining the Founder's Club by submitting your email is free of charge and creates no payment obligation. Membership gives you early access to our launch and the Founder's Club launch price (50% off the regular price), subject to availability of launch spots.
We may contact you by email about the launch. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
When sales open, you will be able to place an order through this website. Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include VAT. Shipping is charged separately as displayed at checkout. No payment is taken before sales officially open.
We deliver to the countries shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are displayed at the time of order. If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you may cancel for a full refund.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To do so, contact us at privacy@earthist.eu with your order details. We will refund the full order amount including standard delivery within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. Food products must be unopened and in resalable condition to qualify, unless they were faulty.
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Allergen and ingredient information is provided on each product's packaging and product page. Food products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and recipes — belongs to EARTHIST and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
We are responsible for losses caused by our negligence or breach of these terms. We are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breach. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, where EARTHIST is established. EU/EEA consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
